High-Functioning People Are Quietly Running on Empty
Modern life rewards constant output. The body responds differently.
When stress accumulates without regulation, clarity fades and resilience gradually declines. Many capable people operate with less energy and less steadiness than they once had — not from lack of motivation, but from living in systems that ignore how the body actually functions.

Your Bridge To Wellness
Designed for Every Mind, Body, and Event.
The Philosophy
The body shapes how people think, communicate, and lead.
Research in stress physiology and heart-rate variability demonstrates that regulated systems maintain clearer thinking, steadier emotional responses, and greater endurance over time.
Soma Blueprint focuses on training the system rather than masking symptoms. Movement, sound, and education create the conditions where the body reorganizes itself toward steadiness.
Resilience is not a personality trait.
Resilience is physiology.
What Soma Blueprint Offers
Soma Blueprint operates at the intersection of movement, sound, education, and creative collaboration.
Movement sessions develop strength, mobility, and body awareness. Sound experiences create environments where the nervous system recalibrates. Educational workshops explore stress-regulation, burnout, and embodied living, bringing practical understanding to the way physiology shapes everyday life.
Beyond wellness programming, Soma Blueprint also offers creative partnership for founders, creators, and wellness professionals building ideas, projects, and brands. This collaboration centers on refining concepts, structuring websites, clarifying messaging, and shaping ideas into something real.

Private
Private sessions combine movement training and immersive sound experiences for individuals seeking deeper connection with the body.
Sessions may include strength and mobility development, inversion training, alignment work, sound immersion, and breath-based regulation practices.
The work suits athletes, founders, creatives, parents, and professionals navigating full lives who value strength that remains steady rather than depleting.

Corporate
Workplace wellness carries meaning only when it supports the people within it.
Soma Blueprint collaborates with organizations interested in healthier rhythms of work, clearer communication, and sustainable team culture.
Programs combine movement sessions, immersive sound experiences, and educational learning on stress physiology and burnout patterns.
Sessions often include movement for workplace wellbeing, sound-based recovery experiences, burnout education, and embodied leadership practices designed for offices, retreats, conferences, and professional development programs.

Events
Soma Blueprint designs experiences that shift the atmosphere of a room and create space for restoration and reflection.
Event offerings may include structured yoga sessions, immersive sound baths, creative workshops, and educational sessions on stress-regulation, burnout, Reiki, and embodied living.
Clients also gain access to a curated directory of trusted wellness professionals and small businesses, allowing experiences to expand into multi-faceted wellness programs when desired.

WELCOME!

My name is Taylor
With a background as a lifelong athlete and performance-driven practitioner, Taylor brings a level of physical understanding and precision that informs every session she leads — from private work to large-scale events and corporate environments.
Her work integrates movement science, stress-regulation practices, Reiki, and immersive sound, creating experiences that go beyond surface-level wellness and address how the body actually processes stress, energy, and recovery.
Taylor has worked across corporate teams, wellness communities, private clients, and curated events, designing experiences that support clarity, recovery, and sustainable strength in high-demand environments.
In addition to her facilitation work, Taylor also serves as a creative partner to founders, creators, and wellness professionals, collaborating on ideas, brands, and projects with a focus on clarity, structure, and execution — not just inspiration.
Her approach is structured, evidence-informed, and deeply intuitive, grounded in real-world application rather than trend-based practices.
She is also the founder of Sound Bowl Club, a training platform for practitioners, and the creator behind Soma Frequencies, her sound recording project.

Sound Bowl Club is a two-day, in-person sound healing training designed for those who want to work with crystal singing bowls responsibly, skillfully, and with nervous-system awareness.
This is not a weekend of shortcuts or spiritual performance. It’s a space to learn how sound is held, guided, and integrated, so you leave knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing, not just how.
